Returns Policy and Order Cancellation

Our aim is that you should be 100% satisfied with your purchase from thatsweet.co.uk. When you place an order with us, a contract is formed which obligates us to supply the goods you have ordered within the time stated. If when the goods arrive you feel that there is a problem with the quality or you feel that they are not exactly as described then please notify us immediately and you'll be able return them for a full refund. You must do this within seven days to the Returns Address shown on the 'Contact' page of our website. You also have a Right to cancel your order within seven days of placing your order. We offer a full refund for all returns providing the goods are returned with the original packaging intact and unopened and in the condition they were supplied. We will charge a 'restocking fee' of 20% of the purchase price of the goods on all cancelled orders. We do not refund the return postage costs unless the reason for the return relates to the quality or our description of the goods.
